American Workforce Group (AWG) is a locally owned staffing company dedicated to positively impacting our communities by placing great employees at great places to work! This position is based out of our Longview and Vancouver offices. Employee will work 3 days in Longview and 2 days in Vancouver. Candidate market is as far south as Portland, OR and as far north as Winlock, WA.
Ideal candidate will have high integrity, be willing to take feedback to grow, be a TOP performer and have the grit to WIN! You will be talking to many different types of decision makers and being adaptable is a MUST!
REQUIREMENTS for Business Developer:
- Must be adaptable and be able to communicate to a variety of individuals
- Must be able to maintain current and attract new business partnerships
- Must be able represent AWG in a professional manner
- Must be HIGHLY driven and WANT to win

QUALIFICATIONS for Business Developer:
- Prior sales experience is a plus but not required
- Prior staffing experience is a huge plus
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills, including timely documentation
- Must have high integrity and be able to work in a Team or alone
- Must be able hit and exceed set metrics
DETAILS for Business Developer:
- Pay $20-24/hour DOE, plus commission
- Full time Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm
- Mileage reimbursement
