We are looking for a highly motivated and reliable Sales Representative to join our team. This is a long-term role with great growth potential, offering the chance to develop strong customer relationships and make a direct impact on sales success.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities

• Provide product knowledge and recommendations

• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Prior sales experience (agriculture or related field a plus)

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and follow-through

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay & Benefits:

• $47,000- $62,000 per year DOE
