Job Summary:
Alpine Staffing is seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support a local welding company. This role involves social media management, customer service, scheduling, invoicing, and general office support.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:

Manage and update Facebook and Instagram with content, promotions, and project updates.

Respond to messages and comments.
Customer Service:

Answer phones, emails, and social media inquiries.

Address customer concerns professionally and promptly.
Scheduling:

Coordinate project schedules using Google Calendar.

Track deadlines and follow up with clients.
Follow-Ups:

Reach out to past and current clients for feedback and updates.

Ensure satisfaction and document notes.
Invoicing & Billing:

Assist with invoicing in QuickBooks.

Ensure accuracy and follow up on payments.
Administrative Support:

Perform filing, data entry, and general office duties.

Keep records organized and up to date.
Communication:

Maintain clear communication with the welding team, clients, and vendors.
Qualifications:

Experience in admin or customer service preferred.

Proficient with QuickBooks, Google Calendar, and social media platforms.
