Company in Bristol, IN is seeking a proactive individual to oversee the continuous enhancement and upkeep of our manufacturing processes and systems. This pivotal role entails close collaboration with both our engineering and production teams. This is a first shift position with negotiable hours and payrate up to $30/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Programming CNC machinery to optimize production efficiency.
- Managing wire harness programming for streamlined operations.
- Spearheading initiatives for ongoing improvement in manufacturing and engineering processes.
- Contributing to the development of innovative product designs.
- Oversight of change management and revision processes.
- Assisting in the prototyping and rigorous testing of new products.
- Researching and evaluating components for product assemblies.
Education and Experience:
- Preference for an Associate degree in CAD (Computer-Aided Design) or equivalent practical experience.
- Background in manufacturing is essential.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in CNC programming, specifically with Woodwop7 or similar platforms.
- Competence in CAD software, with experience in AutoCAD 2013 or newer versions.
