Part-Time Clerical Assistant
Location: Lakewood Ranch, FL
Pay Rate: $14-$15/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Assignment Type: Temporary – 3-6 months with potential extension
We’re currently seeking two part-time Clerical Assistants to support our growing check sorting and processing operations. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. No prior experience in banking or finance is required — just a great attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily check sorting and processing
Maintain organized records and data entry related to check transactions
Support general clerical tasks as assigned
Work closely with internal team to manage workflow and deadlines
Adapt to changing volume and department needs with flexibility and patience
Ideal Candidate:
Reliable and organized with strong attention to detail
Patient and flexible, able to work efficiently in a high-volume setting
Willing to learn and take direction
Comfortable with repetitive tasks and manual sorting
Previous clerical or office support experience is helpful but not required
