Location: Sarasota, FL

Pay: $20/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Assignment Length: 3 to 6 weeks


Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide short-term support to our team. This position requires strong computer and organizational skills, along with the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Use Microsoft Word and Excel for document creation and data entry

  • Organize and maintain digital and physical office files

  • Scan and file paperwork with attention to accuracy

  • Manage and direct email communications

  • Schedule meetings and appointments

  • Perform other general administrative office duties as needed


Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
