We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support a high-volume office in a fast-paced, professional environment. This is a temporary, full-time role with consistent weekday hours—perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives on multitasking, and has strong communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and accuracy

  • Take detailed messages and ensure prompt delivery to the appropriate department or individual

  • Provide excellent customer service and a friendly, helpful attitude to all callers and visitors

  • Perform accurate data entry into the permitting system

  • Use Microsoft Word and Excel to support basic administrative tasks


Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • At least one (1) year of experience in customer service or administrative support

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Ability to stay organized, focused, and calm in a fast-paced environment
