Administrative Specialist – Temporary Full-Time

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support a high-volume office in a fast-paced, professional environment. This is a temporary, full-time role with consistent weekday hours—perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives on multitasking, and has strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and accuracy
Take detailed messages and ensure prompt delivery to the appropriate department or individual
Provide excellent customer service and a friendly, helpful attitude to all callers and visitors
Perform accurate data entry into the permitting system
Use Microsoft Word and Excel to support basic administrative tasks
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
At least one (1) year of experience in customer service or administrative support
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to stay organized, focused, and calm in a fast-paced environment
