Hiring! A2Z is recruiting qualified candidates to fulfill a Production Laborer position in the Hamilton area. This essential role will be working alongside a team to assemble and complete orders including personalized items made of leather, metal, wood, ceramic, and glass.

Duties:

  • Monitor the efficiency of the production line to ensure timely load and shipment.
  • Assemble and prepare goods for shipment.
  • Complete quality assurance testing and goods and products.
  • Maintain proper storage for material and product inventory in the warehouse.
  • Organize inventory in an easy-to-access process.
  • Utilize machinery such as forklifts to load orders.
  • Maintain the quality and upkeep of warehouse equipment including machinery.
  • Move materials or completed products and packages to established locations.
  • All other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Physical ability to complete job duties, which may include sitting for long periods, and constant movement with hands, wrists, and fingers.
  • Ability to follow directions accurately.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Project management skills.
  • Time management skills.
  • Good technical and mechanical skills.
    Job Type: Full-Time, M-Th 8:00 am-4:30 pm, occasional Fridays when workload requires
    Wage: $10.30/hr.
