Responsibilities:
Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks on construction sites.
Prepare and clean job sites by removing debris and hazardous materials.
Lift, carry, and distribute materials as directed by supervisors.
Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and effectively.
Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
Assist in the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding and other structures.
Perform general maintenance and repairs on tools and equipment.
Requirements:
Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
Ability to work in various weather conditions and temperatures.
Prior construction experience is preferred but not required.
Basic understanding of construction terminology and practices is a plus.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced workers.
Background check and drug screen required upon offer of employment.
Job Type: Full time, Monday through Friday – weekends and overtime as needed
