Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise and monitor children and ensure their safety and well-being.
- Assist with feeding, diaper changes, and other personal care needs.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities, games, and educational experiences to promote learning and development.
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues, keep them informed about children’s progress and needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment that is conducive to learning and playing.
- Watch for signs of emotional or developmental concerns and report them to parents or supervisors.
- Maintain records of children’s attendance, progress, and any relevant information.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous experience with babysitting or childcare, preschool, or related field.
- Familiar with early childhood education programs.
- Ability to work with children of varying age groups and developmental stages.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Background check required upon offer of employment
