Hiring now for Customer Service Reps to join a local meat shop. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. Job Duties: 

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries in person and via phone.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service.
  • Wrap custom meat orders and wild game. 
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Accept and process payments.
  • All other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications: 

  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Proven customer support experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and complete all required job duties with a good attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Job Type: 30-40 hours/week. Must be able to work Monday-Saturday, Sundays off, and one weekday off; Fridays and Saturdays will always be required.
