We are seeking a Roofing Service Technician to join our growing team. As a Roofing Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance, repair, and installation of roofing systems for both residential and commercial properties. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively and efficiently under various weather conditions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve inspecting roofs for damage, assessing repair needs, and performing necessary repairs to ensure the integrity and durability of roofing structures. This may include working with various roofing materials such as shingles, metal, and flat roofing systems. Strong communication skills are essential as you will interact with clients to explain necessary repairs and provide recommendations based on your assessments. Additionally, safety is a top priority in this role. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who is physically fit and can handle the rigors of working at heights. Key responsibilities include:

  • Inspect roofs for damage and wear
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on various roofing systems
  • Install new roofing materials based on project specifications
  • Communicate with clients to discuss issues and necessary repairs
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and material used
  • Background check and drug screen required upon offer of employment

Additional duties may include:

  • Proven experience as a roofer
  • Knowledge of various roofing materials and installation techniques
  • Understanding of safety regulations and practices in construction
  • Ability to work at heights and lift heavy materials


Job Type: Full-time / Monday-Friday / Work schedule to be set by employee!

Wage: $24-30/hr. DOE
