We are seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level HVAC Helper to join our team. In this role, you will assist experienced HVAC technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Responsibilities:
- Assist HVAC technicians with the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials at job sites.
- Prepare work areas and clean up after jobs are completed.
- Carry and set up ladders, tools, and HVAC components.
- Follow instructions and safety protocols to support technicians on-site.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Learn and apply basic HVAC concepts and procedures.
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED (preferred).
- No prior HVAC experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and interest in HVAC systems.
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and work in various environmental conditions (heat, cold, tight spaces).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Background check and drug screen required upon offer of employment.
Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday 8 am – 5 pm
