We are currently hiring a talented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join one of our growing accounting teams in Minneapolis.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist include:

  • Match incoming customer payments to bank deposits, flagging any discrepancies such as underpayments, disputes, or applied credits.
  • Ensure timely and accurate posting of payments to the appropriate customer accounts and invoices.
  • Create and update reports related to payment issues and deductions to support follow-up and resolution efforts.
  • Develop and sustain strong working relationships with client contacts to enhance communication and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with both internal teams and external clients to investigate and address payment-related concerns, including errors in pricing, quantity, or missing documentation.

Who qualifies for the Accounts Receivable Specialist role?

  • 1 year of Accounting or Accounts Receivable experience
  • Experience working within the manufacturing industry a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
    What is the pay for the Accounts Receivable role: 
  • Starting pay is between $24/hr. - $27/hr.
