Position Description:
- Receive inbound customer requests via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
- Document all customer communication including inquiries, comments, or complaints in SAP
- Determine the best solutions for customers using the knowledge and resources available
- Coordinate both internally and with customers for follow-up, communicating all pertinent information accurately and timely.
- Responsible for management of Sales Orders, Returns & Back Orders of Parts
- Assist with cross-functional internal teams (including Tech Support, Sales, Production, Shipping, and Receiving) to improve the entire -customer experience
- Defuse upset customers professionally while striving for a mutually beneficial outcome.
- Stay updated on product knowledge.
- Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Position Requirements
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent working experience
- General knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Relevant computer knowledge of basic applications and software systems
- Ability to multi-task independently
- Must successfully work individually and as part of a team
- Communication skills; both verbal and written along with listening and problem-solving skills
