Position Description:

  • Count and balance merchandise, making lists of products in stock. 
  • Identify any discrepancies or losses at the end of business operations each week so they can be prevented from happening again. 
  • Track all inventory to ensure our company maintains proper inventory levels for products, equipment, and supplies as needed. 
  • Supervise and lead an assigned team through the daily activities in the warehouse to ensure smooth operations and efficient project completion. 
  • Assists with hiring and training of team members. 
  • Oversee the daily workflow; oversee scheduling and assignments of the assigned team. 
  • Ensure inventory accuracy, housekeeping, and order in the warehouse. 
  • Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive. 
  • Ensure that the necessary equipment is available and in working order to complete assignments. 
  • Lead the team in conducting daily safety checks on equipment, including forklift trucks, conveyor equipment, and specific portions of tractor-trailers and over-the-road trucks. 
  • Inspect the quality and quantity of supplies and equipment delivered to the team. 
  • Verify that outgoing deliveries meet company quality standards, and that order slips match and have the appropriate signatures. 
  • Keep team members informed about rules, regulations, policies, and objectives. 
  • Maintain detailed and accurate work records.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify ways to improve department effectiveness; and implement viable ideas. 
  • Resolve conflicts that arise among team members and/or other employees. 
  • Order new equipment as requested by management. 
  • Conduct frequent spot and partial audits of physical inventory. 
  • Assist with periodic (at least annual) physical inventory audits. 
  • Operate forklift truck when necessary.


Position Requirements: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree preferred. 
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the manufacturing warehouse field. 
  • Forklift operator certification is preferred. 
  • Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and performing repetitive tasks. 
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at a time. 
  • Must be able to navigate the warehouse and reach items both high and low 
  • Must be able to read & speak in English


Schedule & Pay Rate:

  • (1st shift) Mon - Fri | 6:30am - 3pm
