Position Description 

  • Assemble fabricated parts, create daily work schedules, follow standard manufacturing procedures, and monitor work to meet product specifications and production targets. 
  • Manage and oversee all operations activities; ensure that all operations functions are performed in a timely, cost-effective manner consistent with established operations procedures and requirements. 
  • Provide leadership, communication, and coaching to employees; cultivate a motivated employee environment of trust, teamwork, accountability, self-confidence, and business ownership. 
  • Prepare all required reports and correspondence. 
  • Identify, document, and implement opportunities for continuous improvement. 
  • Keep up to date on the team's overall activities, identify problem areas, and take corrective actions. 
  • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. 
  • Maintain a fully operational, safe, and tidy work environment. 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulation 
  • Participate in reviewing candidates, hiring, and supporting centralized training out of the Plano facility or all Assembly technicians. 
  • Provide leadership, communication, and coaching to employees; cultivate a motivated employee environment of trust, teamwork, accountability, and self-confidence. 
  • Oversee the daily workflow and scheduling of the Assembly department. 
  • Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
  • Work with HR on discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.


Position Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in a related field or equivalent preferred. 
  • Four to Five years related manufacturing experience or equivalent. 
  • Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates. 
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards 
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills 
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow. 
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm. 
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. 
  • Must be able to read & speak in English 
  • Must have a valid driver’s license. 
  • Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for an extended period of time. 
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.


Schedule & Pay Rate:

  • (1st shift) Mon - Fri | 6:30am - 3pm
