Position Description
- Wire, assemble, fit, and mount sub-assemblies, components, and standard fixed assemblies in electrical control equipment.
- Create daily work schedules, follow standard manufacturing procedures, and monitor work to meet product specifications and production targets.
- Manage and oversee all operations activities; ensure that all operations functions are performed in a timely, cost-effective manner consistent with established operations procedures and requirements.
- Perform assembly as required.
- Perform all assignments within acceptable quantity and perfect quality requirements in keeping with assigned functions.
- Monitor the quality of work performed by electricians and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Train electrical staff, including on-the-spot coaching, when identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure that work is performed safely and that proper use of PPE is adhered to in the area.
Position Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of product specifications and production standards.
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations.
- Proficiency in computers and office software.
- Superb leadership skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Must be able to read & speak in English
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for an extended period of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
Schedule & Pay Rate:
- (1st shift) Mon - Fri | 6:30am - 3pm
