Position Overview:
- Repair units/machines, offer guidance during Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), and provide essential service support.
- In addition, they will assist with fulfilling customer demo requests and offer technical support for the Texas region.
Position Description:
- Repair units/machines efficiently and accurately to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Offer service support, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to maintain optimal performance.
- Fulfill customer demo requests, and showcase product features and benefits.
- Provide technical assistance & operational training for customers in the Texas region.
Position Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in repair or service machinery of units
- Must have AWP(Aerial Work Platform) repair experience
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and other relevant computer applications.
- Minimum of 5 years experience working with MEWP and telehandlers.
- Basic competence in reading and understanding electrical and hydraulic schematics.
- Must have tools required to repair and maintain construction equipment.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
