Machine Operators

Position Descriptions: - Operate and monitor automated and semi-automated production machinery - Perform changeovers between product runs, ensuring accuracy and minimal downtime - Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to maintain continuous operation - Conduct routine equipment checks and minor repairs - Maintain a clean and organized work area in a dusty and loud production environment - Follow safety protocols and report equipment concerns to supervisors - Record production data and equipment performance as required *Client is willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn* Position Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent required. - English or bilingual (English/ Spanish) only - 2+ years of experience in machine operation, preferably in food or beverage manufacturing. - Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods. - Must be willing to work and follow directions - Work area must remain clean at all times (plastic manufacturing environment) - Comfortable working in a powder-heavy, noisy warehouse setting. - Familiarity with basic tools and mechanical systems. Ability to work a flexible schedule and work over time as needed.
