Cabinet Assembly

Position Overview: The Cabinet Assembler is responsible for assembling cabinet components into finished products according to specifications, quality standards, and production schedules. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to safety practices to ensure cabinets are built efficiently and accurately. Position Description: - Assemble cabinet parts (boxes, doors, drawers, shelves) using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment. - Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical drawings. - Inspect components for defects before and after assembly. - Apply adhesives, fasteners, and hardware (hinges, handles, slides) as required. - Ensure proper alignment, fit, and finish of assembled cabinets. - Maintain a clean and organized work area. - Report material shortages or quality issues to supervisors. - Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards. - Follow all plant safety protocols and wear required PPE Position Requirements: - Must be Bilingual (English/ Spanish) - High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred. - Experience in woodworking, cabinetry, or manufacturing assembly is an asset. - Ability to use hand tools, pneumatic tools, and measuring devices (tape measure, square, calipers). - Strong attention to detail and quality. - Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. - Good communication and teamwork skills. - Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. - Manufacturing floor with exposure to noise, dust, and adhesives. - Standing for long periods and handling heavy materials in a non-climate-controlled warehouse - Fast-paced, team-oriented environment
