Position Description:
Schedule and track deliveries to ensure on-time performance
Communicate with carriers, drivers, and internal teams to resolve delivery issues
Verify transportation invoices and assist with cost tracking
Maintain accurate records of shipments and delivery schedules
Assist with receiving and put-away processes for inbound shipments
Coordinate with purchasing and manufacturing teams on receipt schedules
Update ERP systems with shipment and inventory data
Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies
Provide timely updates to internal teams and external partners regarding shipment status
Address and resolve transportation-related inquiries promptly
Follow all safety protocols and ensure proper handling of products
Support audits and compliance checks as needed
Use Radio Frequency Scan gun (RF Gun) to scan all product moves within the warehouse
Unload trucks, perform receiving duties, and conduct inbound audits
Move pallets of product to designated storage locations
Transport pallets of product to new locations within the warehouse
Count and confirm inventory, conduct inventory audits, and report discrepancies
Perform case picking, pallet picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, including e-commerce
Load outbound products onto delivery vehicles
Ensure proper placement and securement of items inside delivery vehicles
Create and attach required shipping documentation, including labels, invoices, and packing slips
Inspect products for damage or defects prior to packaging and shipment

Position Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a coordinator-level role required
Experience ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies
Ability to maintain accurate records of export transactions and related documentation
Knowledge of international shipping regulations, tariffs, and Incoterms
Experience with customs clearance procedures
Ability to identify opportunities to streamline shipping processes and reduce costs
Assist with implementing best practices for international logistics

Perform unloading, receiving, and inbound audits
Move and transport pallets to storage and designated warehouse locations
Count, confirm, and audit inventory; report discrepancies
Perform case picking, pallet picking, packing, and order preparation, including e-commerce shipments
Load outbound products onto delivery vehicles and ensure proper placement and securement
Create and attach shipping documents, including labels, invoices, and packing slips
Inspect products for damage or defects before packaging and shipping
Safely operate turret trucks, reach trucks, stand-up forklifts, walkie riders, electric pallet jacks, shrink machines, and other warehouse equipment
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, including sweeping floors, emptying trash, and general organization
Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Ability to operate Turret Trucks, Stand-Up Fork Trucks, Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ), and Walkie Riders
