Position Description:
- Greet walk-in customers
- Answer phones (must know the multi-phone line system)
- Respond to customers' inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Light bookkeeping duties (Ex: Data Entry, Scanning, Pay Bills, and Receive Payments)
- Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Position Requirements:
- Must have 3-5 years of experience
- Multi-tasking, Problem Solving, Product Knowledge.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Google, Adobe, Facebook & Instagram.
- Ability to work independently (a must to succeed in this position).
- Great Organizational skills to keep the Company organized.
Schedule & Pay Rate:
- (1st shift) Mon - Fri | 8am - 5pm
