Position Description: 

  • Greet walk-in customers 
  • Answer phones (must know the multi-phone line system) 
  • Respond to customers' inquiries via phone, email, and in person 
  • Light bookkeeping duties (Ex: Data Entry, Scanning, Pay Bills, and Receive Payments)
  • Opens customer accounts by recording account information. 
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information 
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.


Position Requirements: 

  • Must have 3-5 years of experience 
  • Multi-tasking, Problem Solving, Product Knowledge. 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Google, Adobe, Facebook & Instagram. 
  • Ability to work independently (a must to succeed in this position). 
  • Great Organizational skills to keep the Company organized.


Schedule & Pay Rate:

  • (1st shift) Mon - Fri | 8am - 5pm
