General Laborer

Position Description:  - Put foam scraps manually into the compression machine. - Perform simple, routine tasks within the plant environment - Assist experienced workers with various production and assembly duties. - Handle materials and support overall production flow. - Help maintain cleanliness and organization through 5S support. - Package, move, and organize materials or products as needed - Receive on-the-job training to develop basic plant operation skills. - Support general assembly and production line activities. - Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times Position Requirements: - Must be able to read and write basic English - Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items (typically 30–50 lbs, sometimes up to 75 lbs). - Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods. - Comfortable working in various environments (hot, cold, noisy, or dusty conditions). - Basic reading, writing, and math skills. - Attention to detail (for counting, labeling, checking orders). - Time management and ability to meet productivity goals. - Teamwork and good communication skills. - Safety awareness and the ability to follow warehouse safety procedures. - Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment
