Schedule: Monday – Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Potential OT)
Pay Rate: $18.00

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assign/pick orders

  • Schedule appointments for inbound and outbound trucks

  • Enter data into PMOS

  • Manage/store records according to the Records Management Program

  • Assist with monthly inventory

  • Back-up Inventory Clerk

  • Back-up for other Shipping Clerk

  • Enter data into and maintain the shipping efficiency spreadsheet

  • Track truck detention

  • Daily production entry

  • Enter movement sheets (Classification: Confidential)

  • Sort BOLs

  • Schedule/arrange delivery trucks

  • Receive inbound packages/supplies, scan/complete in Maximo

  • 2nd shift Shipping Clerk to prepare and verify orders for the next day

  • Adhere to and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP requirements

  • Adhere to and enforce all safety and environmental rules and regulations

  • Communicate with scheduler

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

  • Must have a high school diploma; an associate degree is preferred

  • English/Spanish preferred but not required

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment

  • Proficient in Word and Excel

  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks

  • Must be good with problem-solving, detail, and team-oriented

  • Must be able to walk throughout the plant, including walking/climbing up and down stairs and ladders (portable, fixed)

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally

  • Must have the appropriate level of sensory acuity (visual, hearing, speaking, smell, and touch) to identify and react to normal, abnormal, and alarm conditions (chemicals, temperature, etc.)

  • Must be able to logically and methodically work through and break down complex problems and processes to enable effective communication with all levels of the organization
