Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (30-minute lunch break at 11:00 AM)
Pay Rate: $15.00
Position Description:
Operate and monitor drying equipment to ensure dyed yarns are properly dried to quality standards.
Load and unload yarn from dryers and move batches to designated areas.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the drying area.
Identify and report any product defects or equipment issues to the supervisor.
Follow dyeing and drying process protocols and safety procedures.
Position Requirements:
Must be able to speak Spanish and English.
Must be comfortable working in a warm, fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand, lift, and move throughout the shift.
Must be detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Willingness to follow safety protocols and cleaning standards.
