Document Control Analyst

Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Occasional Saturday once a month if needed
Pay Rate: $16.00

Position Description:

  • Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)

  • Interface with staff to resolve discrepancies, inconsistencies, or missing data

  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the Change Control and Deviation programs

  • Manage version control of documents, ensuring only current and approved versions are in circulation

  • Review, issue, and reconcile batch records and fill tickets

  • Maintain secure, centralized storage for controlled documents to ensure accessibility and integrity

  • Track and document all changes made, including author and date of revisions

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies

  • Provide support during audits and inspections by retrieving and organizing requested documentation

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the Quality Assurance and Compliance team

Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; 2+ years of related industry experience preferred

  • Experience in food, dietary supplement, or pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred

  • Basic knowledge of cGMP regulations and dietary supplement/food regulatory requirements

  • Knowledge and experience with ERP systems

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent grammar, spelling, and documentation skills with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to sit, view a computer screen, and use hands/fingers for 6–8 hours

  • Occasionally (up to 3 hours) walk through the office and warehouse as needed

  • Occasionally (up to 3 hours) reach above/below shoulder level, stoop, kneel, or crouch

  • Ability to speak and hear (in person/phone) throughout the shift (up to 8 hours)

  • Good eye/hand coordination

  • Occasionally lift or carry up to 25 pounds
