- Must have a valid driver license
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the yard
- Must be willing and able to work overtime as needed
- Must have at least 2 years of experience working in an industrial shop
- Must have knowledge of sandblasting processes
- Must have experience with industrial coatings and industrial coating processes
- Job duties include but not limited too - cleaning and preparing materials to be sand blasted and coated, cleaning work areas, cleaning and organizing tools, lifting up to 50lbs repeatedly, keeping track of inventory of materials needed to complete job tasks, wear all required P.P.E at all times when preforming work, fill out any and all required paperwork as needed to complete job tasks
