Key Responsibilities and job duties that include but not limited to:
-Paycom System Management:
Process payroll by entering and verifying employee data, timesheets, and other payroll information directly into the Paycom system.
-Timecard Verification:
Collect, review, and verify employee timesheets for accuracy, resolving any discrepancies before processing payroll.
-Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records and personal information within the Paycom system.
-Payroll Calculations:
Accurately calculate wages, overtime, vacation, and holiday pay, ensuring correct deductions and adjustments.
-Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and prepare various payroll reports as required.
-Employee Support:

-Discrepancy Resolution:
