Set up Oto saw and sizing mill. Operate Oto Saw in a safe and productive manner and cut pipe into specified lengths. Monitor quality of material as it moves through and immediately notify supervisor of any nonconformance observation. Maintain saw equipment by performing regular maintenance on saw and conveyor. Primarily (51+%) serves as the frontline agent of cutting material to specific lengths / tolerances; Secondarily performs any other function as directed by supervisors or management.
Operation: Operates the saw to cut material to specification.
? Operate Oto Saw in a safe productive manner.
? Cut material to specific tolerance.
? Responsible for sizing and straightening of pipe.
? Monitor quality and notify the supervisor if the problem is not corrected.
? Perform regular maintenance on saw and conveyors.
? Maintain stencil head.
? Report all problems of mechanical failure.
$17-19 based on experience (We can go higher for the right person. We can ever work with a direct hire and/or relocation package)
6AM-4:30PM M-TH with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. Must be able to work OT, as needed.
