Job Purpose and Objective:
Support the Information Technology department in several areas throughout the plant which can
consist of Project Management, effective communication systems, troubleshooting, and Facility
equipment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
? Maintain cGMP compliant systems for all computer integrated equipment, processes and
communication systems in all laboratory and production related areas.
? Partner with customers to analyze business requirements and propose solutions to meet
their needs, taking into consideration the capabilities of existing corporate and business
systems.
? Maintain and track all audio/visual equipment.
? General help desk tickets and troubleshooting computer systems for the site.
? Configures custom software connectivity.
? Coordinate facilities and third party contractors.
? Responsible for the backup of systems, as well as maintaining list of all
software/hardware req. for the site.
? Support Users in resolving like share drive access , project creation , data backup of
QC Equipment
? Network connectivity issue calls including ports, network cables, and wireless
troubleshooting.
? Remote users Support includes Hardware Diagnostics, Configuration, software,
applications, virus, etc.
? Following SOX ITGC Documentation process for all these activities and reviews.
? Management of RF Guns and IPCs
? Inventory management of all IT Assets.
? Supporting production users in troubleshooting issue related to FEFTE compression
machines , GLATT Equipment , Jackson Track Trace application related issues
? File server management i.e. management of user access permissions on shared folders.
? Office phones and voice mail setup (Desk and IP Office server)
? Update Asset Inventory with the new employee IT Assets, IMAC preparation, and
approvals.
? Conference rooms and Videoconference support AV Equipment support including
Conference rooms, connecting and troubleshooting.
? Support for Laptops, Desktops, Printers, and Software day to day operational activities
If needed, must be able to work weekends, evenings, nights and /or rotation shift.
Will need to do the physical Injury MD test
