Team Lead

• Direct a team to pack products following established procedures and policies. • Maintain strict guidance to all food safety rules & regulations. • Report any food safety issues to a member of management in a timely manner to ensure high levels of accuracy are maintained. • Examining products to verify conformance with customer’s needs. • Be proactive in correcting mistakes when discovered to ensure a good final product. • Clean and restock the packing line as needed throughout the day. • Operate all warehouse machines in a safe manner following all company and OSHA approved policies and procedures. • Report any safety issues to the supervisor or a member of management in a timely manner to ensure high levels of accuracy and safety are maintained. • Be proactive in reporting and correcting mistakes when discovered to ensure complete orders are being packed. • Complete miscellaneous duties as assigned. • JOB REQUIREMENTS • MUST HAVE STAND UP/ SIT DOWN FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE • High school graduate or equivalent. • Previous warehouse lead experience is considered a plus. • You must be a team player with a solid work ethic. • Excellent and prompt attendance each day scheduled. • Adaptability to move to a different position as required. • Certification and experience to drive a stand up and sit down forklift • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Job Type: Full-time
