Forklift Operator Job Description:
ULG Staffing is proud to partner with Heartland Automotive. We are currently seeking Forklift Operator candidates in Greencastle, Indiana. We’re looking for dedicated individuals who thrive in a team-oriented environment. These positions are temp to hire. Forklift operators must have the ability to understand directions and follow instructions. Fork truck experience and ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.
1st shift: 6:30 am-3:00 pm + Overtime
Hours may vary by department
2nd shift: 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm+ Overtime
Hours may vary by department
Pay Rate:
1st Shift: Up to $11.50/Hour
2nd Shift: Up to $12.50/Hour
$1000 Sign On Bonus
$250 Referral Bonus
Forklift Operator Job Requirements:
Fork Truck Experience
Handling, storing, and shipping materials or supplies
Operating material handling equipment
Ability to work with a team
Good communication skills
Ability to perform repetitive tasks
Willingness to work Saturdays, if needed
Must be 18 or older
Forklift Operator Testing Details
Candidate will interview with hiring manager. Candidate will watch instructional video.
Candidate will take written test.
Employment Dependent on:
Pre-employment drug screen
Background check with a four-year clear background for felonies
