1st Shift Production Associate- Up to $13.00/Hr

Production Associate Job Description:

ULG Staffing is proud to partner with Heartland Automotive. We are currently seeking Production Associate candidates in Lafayette, Indiana. We’re looking for dedicated individuals who thrive in a team-oriented environment. These positions are temp to hire. Production Associates must have the ability to understand directions and follow instructions. Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment. Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods of time.

1st Shift Hours: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm + Overtime

Hours may vary by department

Pay Rate:

1st Shift: Up to $11.50/Hour

$10000 Sign-On Bonus

$250 Referral Bonus for Active Employees

Production Associate Job Requirements:

Ability to work with a team
Good communication skills
Ability to perform repetitive tasks
Assembly of small automotive parts
Machine operation
Small Tool Use
Material Handling
Injection Molding
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to walk for extended periods of time
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
Willingness to work up to a 12-hour shift
Willingness to work Saturdays, if needed
Must be 18 or older

Employment Dependent on:

Pre-employment drug screen
Background check with a four-year clear background for felonies
