Team Lead

Team Lead. Monday to friday 8am-5pm Area Rojas. $16.00 Support daily warehouse operations by leading a team of associates and making sure work is completed safely, accurately, and on time. This role acts as the first point of contact on the floor, helping coordinate tasks, solve problems as they come up, and keep productivity on track. Key Responsibilities -Lead and support a team of warehouse associates during assigned shifts -Assign daily tasks such as picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling -Monitor workflow to meet productivity, accuracy, and shipping deadlines -Train new hires on warehouse procedures, safety practices, and equipment use -Enforce safety policies and promote a clean, organized work environment -Communicate staffing needs, issues, and progress to supervisors -Assist with inventory counts and help resolve discrepancies Qualifications -High school diploma or equivalent -1–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience.
