Role Overview:
We're currently seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Basis and IT Infrastructure Specialist for our client, a forward-thinking company in the technology sector. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in SAP systems management and IT infrastructure. You'll be leading projects to optimize SAP environments, manage IT infrastructure, and drive automation and efficiency improvements. This position offers the chance to make significant contributions to strategic IT initiatives and work with a team of dedicated professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP Basis support across various environments (production, testing, and development), ensuring high system availability and performance.

• Oversee key IT infrastructure projects, including system upgrades and migrations, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA.

• Implement automation strategies to streamline operations and enhance system reliability.

• Manage and improve supply chain processes, focusing on cost reduction and quality assurance.

• Adhere to and enforce compliance with SOX, Six Sigma, and ITIL frameworks.

• Coordinate with global teams to meet project goals and maintain service level agreements (SLAs).

• Identify new development opportunities, lead strategic planning, and manage the implementation of business strategies.

• Provide support for a variety of IT environments, including UNIX, Linux, and Windows.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 15 years of IT experience, with extensive expertise in SAP Basis support and Supply Chain Management (SCM).

• Demonstrated success in leading significant IT and SAP projects, including experience with SAP S/4HANA upgrades.

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and support systems, including AWS, ServiceNow, AS400, and TIDAL.

• Familiarity with SOX compliance, Six Sigma, and ITIL methodologies.

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural setting and manage cross-country teams.

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field; Master’s degree in Finance is a plus.

• Relevant certifications in SAP Basis, ITIL, Six Sigma, or similar areas preferred.

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
