Electrical Mechanic

Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on industrial machinery to ensure uninterrupted production processes.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with industrial machinery, electrical systems, and electronic components to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

Repair and Calibration: Conduct repairs on faulty equipment, replace defective parts, and calibrate machinery for optimal performance.

Electrical and Electronic Systems: Maintain and repair electrical and electronic systems, including PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and other control systems.

Documentation: Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance. Provide reports as needed.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Collaboration: Work closely with other maintenance technicians, engineers, and production staff to address maintenance needs and improve overall equipment efficiency.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development and implementation of enhanced maintenance practices.
