Job Title: Medical Assistant
Location: Tulsa, OK
Pay: $16 to $18 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
(No Fridays, except a possible half day once a month)
Job Description:
We are a laid back, family-oriented osteoporosis clinic looking for a Medical Assistant to join our team. This role does not require certification or registration. New graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
• Rooming patients and taking vitals
• Assisting providers during patient visits
• Performing phlebotomy or learning phlebotomy (training available)
• Preparing patients for procedures and treatments
• Updating patient charts and documentation (NextGen experience is a PLUS)
• Providing excellent patient care and support
• Assisting with general clinic duties as needed
Qualifications:
• Medical Assistant experience preferred, but not required
• Phlebotomy experience is a plus, or willingness to be trained
• New grads encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Reliable, team oriented, and positive attitude
