Job Title: Deburr Technician – 2nd Shift
Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM, Monday–Friday
Pay Rate: $18–$20 per hour, based on experience
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire / Full-Time
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable 2nd Shift Deburr Technician to support production by finishing and preparing parts to meet quality standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work independently during second shift hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Deburr machined or fabricated parts using hand tools, power tools, and air tools
Remove sharp edges, burrs, and surface imperfections
Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality and finish requirements
Read basic work instructions and follow quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Communicate any quality issues to supervision
Qualifications:
Previous deburring or manufacturing experience preferred
Experience using hand, power, and air tools
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to stand for extended periods and handle parts safely
Reliable attendance and ability to work 2nd shift consistently
