Required Schedule (Non-Negotiable):


Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM


Friday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM


Saturday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM


Candidates must be able to work these hours and days. If not, they will not be considered. This role includes significant overtime, and the assignment will last as long as needed to complete the project.


Position Overview:

We are seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate who can step in and contribute immediately. This is a fast-paced, temporary role supporting a very busy operation. Training time will be limited, so accuracy, reliability, and strong note-taking skills are critical from day one.


While this position is temporary, there is always the possibility of long-term employment if the hiring freeze is lifted. Candidates should approach this role as if it were a permanent opportunity.


Non-Negotiable Requirements:


Forklift proficiency is required.

Candidates must have operated a forklift in their most recent position or within the last year. We will not interview candidates without recent, hands-on forklift experience.


Tape measure and blueprint reading skills are required.

Must be able to accurately read a tape measure down to 1/16 of an inch and interpret blueprints, including measurements and legends, to properly receive and sign in parts. Candidates who do not meet this requirement will not be considered.


Reliability is mandatory.

Punctuality and attendance matter. Showing up late will result in immediate termination.


Strong note-taking skills are required.

Training time is limited. Candidates must take clear, detailed notes and be able to work independently after initial instruction. Failure to take adequate notes will result in immediate termination.


Attention to detail is a must.

Accuracy in receiving, documentation, and material handling is critical.


Key Responsibilities:


Receive incoming materials and verify quantities and dimensions


Operate forklifts safely and efficiently throughout the shift


Read blueprints and measurements to ensure parts are correct upon receipt


Accurately document received materials and discrepancies


Maintain organized records and clear notes for daily tasks


Support shipping operations as needed


Work closely with the Shop Foreman and management

This is a high-demand environment with a heavy workload. There is no time for retraining, shortcuts, or distractions.

Candidates must be ready to hit the ground running on Day One.
