Job Summary
Trinity Employment is seeking a reliable and motivated coil assembly employee to join our team manufacturing team. This position involves assembling coils and related components while performing repetitive physical tasks in a production environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, responsible, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Assemble coils and components for air-cooled heat exchangers according to specifications
- Perform repetitive lifting, bending, and manual assembly tasks
- Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
- Use hand tools and basic equipment safely and correctly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety policies and production procedures
- Meet production goals and deadlines
Requirements
- Ability to lift, bend, and perform repetitive work throughout the shift
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Some manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
Schedule
- Full-time position
- [6 am to 4:30 pm]
Compensation
- Pay Range: $16.00 – $23.00 per hour
- Compensation based on experience and skill level
Work Environment
- Manufacturing/production setting
- Physically active, hands-on role
