Pressure Vessel Assembler 

Pay:  22-24 Based on Experience 

Shift: Mon - Fri 6am - 4:30 pm Some OT 

Job duties include: 

• Assembly of piping, gauges, reliefs, burners, valves and more.
• Assembly of piping, gauges, reliefs, burners, valves and more.
• Operating hand, air, and power tools.
•  Inspect all parts for defects to ensure quality products.
• Inspect all connections to ensure they are properly sealed.
• Properly identify and document vessel parts/components.
• Prepare and secure parts or vessels for hydrostatic testing per regulatory, customer, and internal requirements
• Cut and thread pipe
• Assist in loading of shipments
• Install, align, and seal flanged pipe.

Education and Experience: 

• Minimum of 6 months heavy assembly/manufacturing experience, or equivalent knowledge
• required. 
• High School Diploma or equivalent required. 
• Must have overhead Crane and Forklift  experience – certified on forklift at one point 
• Basic math skills required.
• Must be able to learn pressure gauges, application, and how to read them.
• Ability to read and understand assembly blueprints and bill of materials required.
• Basic knowledge of lean methods preferred.
• Must understand and follow the quality & production policy and procedures - detect defects.
