Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10-hour day shift
Hours: 40–50 hours per week
Pay: $17.00 – $23.00 per hour (DOE)

Job Description

Trinity Employment Specialists is hiring a dependable Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse and fabrication shop operations. This position involves inventory management, order fulfillment, material handling, and receiving parts from suppliers. Candidates with forklift experience and familiarity with welded or electrical components are strongly encouraged to apply.

Interviews must be scheduled in advance. No per diem or relocation assistance is offered.


Key Responsibilities

  • Count, track, and maintain accurate inventory records

  • Pull and fill orders using pick tickets

  • Stock shelves and organize warehouse materials

  • Receive, inspect, and log parts and materials from suppliers

  • Assist with general warehouse and fabrication shop operations

  • Safely operate hand tools and warehouse equipment

  • Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of warehouse or material-handling experience

  • Ability to read pick tickets, labels, and basic documentation

  • Reliable transportation required

  • Ability to work overtime as needed (up to 50 hours per week)


Preferred Qualifications

  • Forklift experience (certification a plus)

  • Knowledge of welded components and/or electrical parts

  • Experience working in a fabrication or industrial environment


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work on feet for up to 10 hours per shift

  • Regularly lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds

  • Perform physical tasks including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching

  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required

  • Visual acuity to read blueprints, labels, and inspect materials

  • Ability to tolerate shop conditions including heat, cold, dust, and noise

  • Must wear required PPE including steel-toed boots, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, and welding hood when applicable
