Pay: $55k - 60k

Overview:
Trinity Employment Specialists is hiring a Bookkeeper / Office Manager for one of our clients. This role focuses on bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online while also managing daily office operations and answering phones. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable supporting both financial duties and general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping

  • Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online
  • Manage Accounts Payable: enter invoices, schedule payments, track vendor information
  • Manage Accounts Receivable: create invoices, record payments, follow up on past-due accounts
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Process checks, deposits, and reimbursements
  • Assist with payroll or coordinate with a payroll provider
  • Prepare basic financial summaries as needed
  • Keep financial documents filed and organized

Office Management

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Greet visitors and support daily office needs
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with service vendors
  • Organize documents and maintain filing systems
  • Handle mail, deliveries, and shipping
  • Assist with scheduling, communication, and general administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Experience in bookkeeping or an office manager/bookkeeper hybrid role
  • Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online
  • Understanding of AP/AR and basic accounting processes
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
