Clinic Administrator – Ophthalmic Practice

We are seeking a Clinic Administrator for an ophthalmic practice in Tulsa. This role oversees daily clinic operations, supports two Leads, and helps guide a team in a fast-paced medical environment. The current administrator is transitioning out on December 12, so we’re moving quickly to identify the right fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and strong patient experience.
  • Manage, coach, and support clinic Leads and staff.
  • Provide clear direction and uphold performance expectations.
  • Train and develop team members; promote a positive and accountable work culture.
  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects at once.
  • Monitor workflow, staffing needs, and patient flow.
  • Collaborate with leadership on business development and operational initiatives.
  • Assist with budgeting, reporting, and general financial oversight.
  • Ensure compliance with clinic policies, regulatory standards, and safety protocols.
  • Partner with HR on staffing, employee relations, and performance issues.

Required Skills & Experience

  • At least 2 years of management or progressive leadership experience; medical or clinic experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead with confidence.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy clinical environment.
  • Analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong teaching and coaching skills.
  • Solid computer literacy.

Work Setting

  • Full-time, onsite at a medical clinic in Tulsa, OK.
