We are seeking a Clinic Administrator for an ophthalmic practice in Tulsa. This role oversees daily clinic operations, supports two Leads, and helps guide a team in a fast-paced medical environment. The current administrator is transitioning out on December 12, so we’re moving quickly to identify the right fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and strong patient experience.
- Manage, coach, and support clinic Leads and staff.
- Provide clear direction and uphold performance expectations.
- Train and develop team members; promote a positive and accountable work culture.
- Coordinate and manage multiple projects at once.
- Monitor workflow, staffing needs, and patient flow.
- Collaborate with leadership on business development and operational initiatives.
- Assist with budgeting, reporting, and general financial oversight.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, regulatory standards, and safety protocols.
- Partner with HR on staffing, employee relations, and performance issues.
Required Skills & Experience
- At least 2 years of management or progressive leadership experience; medical or clinic experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead with confidence.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy clinical environment.
- Analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Strong teaching and coaching skills.
- Solid computer literacy.
Work Setting
