Account Manager / National Sales Assistant
Location: Tulsa, OK; on-site
Shift: Mon-Fri 8 am - 5 pm
Pay: 50,000 - 55,000
Overview
Trinity is seeking an Account Manager (AM) to join a media team to provide administrative support to the entire sales department. This AM will work on special projects, write correspondence, enter orders (both local and national), compile data and research and work directly with sales staff.
As an Account Manager, you’ll act as a trusted partner to our media consultants (MCs) and leadership team and will play an integral role in achieving the goals of the sales department.
Our ideal candidate has experience in a support role within a fast-paced sales environment, with the ability to work within both traditional and digital media sales processes. They are open to learning new software programs and excel as an energetic team player who can multitask effectively. Strong organization, attention to detail, and clear communication are essential.
Responsibilities
- Provides both internal and external customer service, professionally
- Works with the Sales team to provide customer-facing support including any billing errors or issues, inputting sales orders/revisions for traditional and digital sales, pulls sales reports as required by sales management and MCs
- Works within multiple software and reporting systems including: Wide Orbit, Veritone, Topline, Eastlan, Google Analytics, AdWords
- Creates proposals and presentations and edits PDFs for client-facing material
- Assists with organizing meetings and special events
- Is comfortable with verbiage and processes related to both radio and digital media business communications
- Assists National Sales Manager with National sales order entry and copy collection
- Has keen attention to detail in all aspects of their role
Requirements
- 2 years college or equivalent high-level administrative experience required
- Exceptional communication skills, with high attention to detail, accuracy and timely follow-up
- Excellence written correspondence, document presentation, proposal creation (Microsoft Office, Adobe) skills required
- Experience communicating directly and confidently with clients required
- Ability to maintain confidentiality required
- Must be fluent, or have the talent to become fluent, in sales technology assets (including but not limited to Eastlan, Topline, Veritone, Media Monitors, revenue analytics tools)
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- A positive and adaptable attitude, proactive mindset and excellent organizational abilities are a must for this role
