Pay: $15-20/hr
Type: Temporary (3–6 Months)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8am-5pm & Friday 8am-3pm
Position Overview
Trinity Employment Specialists is seeking detail-oriented, professional, and highly organized Employment Verifiers to support a Career Services Department during a high-volume accreditation review and data verification period. The Verifier will play a critical role in confirming graduate employment information, gathering documentation, communicating with employers and alumni, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of Graduate Employment Records (GERs).
Key Responsibilities
- Contact graduates by phone, text, email, and mailed letters to obtain employment information.
- Verify employment directly with employers, HR departments, and supervisors.
- Collect detailed job information
- Complete and process Graduate Employment Records (GERs) once verification is obtained.
- Document every outreach attempt and communication in the Career Services tracking system.
- Review student files for missing or incomplete information and update records as needed.
- Assist in obtaining signed authorization forms and additional supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with Career Advisors and Department Heads to problem-solve hard-to-reach graduates.
- Conduct high-volume outbound phone calls daily; maintain consistent follow-up schedules.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with students, graduates, employers, and staff.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with FERPA and accreditation standards.
- Perform additional data or employment verification tasks as assigned.
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills via phone, email, and written correspondence
- Ability to handle a high call volume and maintain accurate records
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
- Comfortable speaking professionally with employers, HR teams, and graduates
- Basic proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Preferred
- Experience in customer service, data verification, administrative support, or call center work
- Familiarity with Career Services operations, staffing, or employer relations
- Experience working with student records or compliance documentation
