Collections Representative
Trinity Employment Specialist | Tulsa, Ok
Full Time | Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM | $13/hr
Responsibilities:
Review open accounts for collection records
Make outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner
Assist with collections of fines and fees on outstanding debts to avoid warrants being placed on defendants
Collect on new and old debts in accordance with payment due dates
Provide timely follow-up with defendants
Maintain excellent customer service skills
Qualifications and Experience:
2-3 years of Customer Service experience required
2-3 years of Collections experience
Must be adaptive, compassionate, and able to read people quickly
