EDMOND, OK
We are seeking a physician leader to serve as Medical Director for one of our partner facilities. This role provides vital oversight, guidance, and clinical leadership to ensure patients receive the highest standard of care in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), rehabilitation hospitals, and long-term acute care hospitals (LTACs).
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with the Anti-Kickback Statute and the Stark Law
- Complete any required training under the Facility’s Compliance Program
- Notify the Facility immediately of any exclusion or debarment from Medicare,
Medicaid, or other Federal/State programs
- Disclose if immediate family members have any financial arrangements or referral
positions related to the provider
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA/HITECH privacy standards
- Provide continuous coverage during the term of the agreement, arranging licensed
physician coverage for absences
- Serve as an independent contractor, providing oversight and leadership to the clinical
team
Qualifications
- Valid and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Oklahoma
- Medical Degree from an AMA-accredited college or university
- Active and enrolled provider in Medicare and Medicaid programs
- Valid and unrestricted DEA registration, including authority to prescribe narcotic
medications
- Meet all state and federal requirements for Medical Director role
- Fulfill continuing medical education (CME) requirements

Pay: $240,000.00 - $280,000.00 per year
