Job Title: Returns Specialist
Job Type: Temporary – with the potential to go full time for the right fit
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
Overview:
Looking for a fun, fast paced job this holiday season Join our family oriented team as a Returns Specialist. In this role, you will help process and organize a large volume of Amazon returns while keeping things running smoothly and efficiently. This is a temporary position with the opportunity to grow into a full time role if an opening becomes available and you are the right fit.
What You’ll Do:
Handle and process Amazon returns with care and accuracy
Inspect returned items and record details in our system
Keep work areas organized and products moving quickly
Communicate with team members to keep everything on track
Provide friendly and professional service to both customers and coworkers
What We’re Looking For:
A positive attitude and team spirit
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Ability to stay organized and focused in a busy environment
Basic computer and data entry skills
Previous experience in returns, shipping, or warehouse work is a plus but not required
